BMIS is continually seeking funding to improve the services offered to educate blind and visually impaired girls in Bangladesh. BMIS has relied on the generous donations from individuals and organisations from European countries and Japan and other countries.
BMIS was pleased to receive financial assistance from the Government of Japan to establish a Computer Education Center for visually impaired students. The computer education centre gives additional options for vocational skills. We also teach students in life skills which are essential to help the girls get a job when they graduate.
BMIS is trying to be innovative and entrepreneurial to become more self-sustaining, however your continued donations are essential to subsidise the poorest girls in society
